Permission
Fair use of images on the internet is a growing problem. I do understand that many people are not artists and would like to use pictures they see on the internet. If you would like to use an image of mine in a blog or log or other application, you have my permission as long as you give me credit. Posting a link to my web site would be appreciated but not necessary. I would also appreciate a quick email if you decide to use an image. Please include © Martha Borders when you use an image.
You DO NOT have permission to use my image for financial gain. You may not alter my work in any way. This includes ALL images on my site. My marble quilts and marble fabrics, are quite distinct. I will seek legal action against those that take advantage of me. I will also contact your ISP and other authorities if my wishes are not honored.
