100% cotton: hand marbled, dyed and commercial cotton. Cotton and gold metallic threads.
Batting is 80% cotton, 20% polyester
Machine pieced, appliqued and quilted.
Red and black fabrics are a favorite combination of mine when I work with black. Gold metallic thread moves throughout the quilt lending a whimsical feel while a few horses have broken loose to prance among the marble fabrics.
