	The appliques are cut from specific marble fabrics to help create a sense of fantasy and mystery. One can use their imagination to think up stories about the pink giraffe. This playful piece was lots of fun to create and is the beginning of a series of animal quilts.

Many different marbling patterns were used in this landscape.
